Same same but different?

Even though I don't like the sort of things that you like, or maybe I will try but never fully "get it". And I know that you'll never always like everything that I like.

But I know self restraint and respect for each other's interest will be the most important thing we'll have in common. And it will also be the most beautiful part of it.

That's the part that I'll treasure the most.
