Noob Stargazers.

One fine midnight, we set out looking for shooting stars. Hoping and praying that the skies are clear and bright with showers of stars, we arrive at Esplanade to find glaring industrial lights and a blanket of smog covering our view of the sky. But! We weren't discouraged! We laid our floor mats and rested our heads on pillows. Chilling to music we brought and snacks in hand, we waited patiently for the first signs of the promised shower.
hehehe...after an hour and an unwelcome encounter with a roach, we packed up and headed home. waAhahaahahaHa...! Oh, well...
We ended up in the basketball court in Southern park anyways. This time we brought little Kristy for warmth! The weather was cool and breezy while we put music on and continued watching the skies. Some of us snoozed and some of us glued our eyes to the skies stalking it. I even took out my handy mini red binoculars to get a better look. I watched as the wind blew the clouds away and cleared the view of the sky slowly, but still no shooting stars! Then suddenly I saw it! It was so quick and bright and curved. woohhoohohooo!!! The girls didn't believe me i think but I saw it! eahehaeha and then I saw another one soon after a faded one right overhead. HAhahAHAa... and that was it. The sky cleared and it was soon dawn but I we had to go home cos I was in need of a toilet. XS
That was the end of our escapade. But all was well, I enjoyed myself.
